?PUNDA? IS ?PRACHANDA? TODAY!

One film and three directors! Two directors are producers. That is ‘Parchanda’ Kannada cinema that went on the floors on Monday morning at Kanteerava Studios.

Yogesh was ‘Punda’ in the past. He is ‘Prachanda’ today with Sindhu Lokanath as his counterpart. Two directors who are producers are MS Ramesh and Yogesh Hunsur. The director heading the megaphone is Mahesh Rao of ‘Dhimaku, Murali Meets Meera and Bhadra’ Kannada films and currently directing a remake film ‘Case No 18/9’.

Yogesh Hunsur after hearing the one line thread decided to cast Yogesh as hero. There was no second thought he pointed as one of the producers. MS Ramesh joint producer stated that he would talk at different stages of the film. Definitely we are not interfering in the work of Mahesh Rao. We have not discussed on the whole film and given any suggestions too. The thread is good. So we given liberty to Mahesh Rao he pointed.  Apparently both Yogesh Hunsur and MS Ramesh agreed that it is only when KV Nagesh Kumar gives the money we have smooth flow of the film.

This is a modern love story film says director Mahesh Rao. There is no crime. The protagonist is unbeatable. There are six songs from Sridhar Sambram.

Yogesh plays collage guy a gambler too. He uses the mobile and internet for his hobby. He has a drunkard brother. Avinash is my ‘Maava’ he pointed.

Sindhu Lokanath has humor based script. I was promised this film by director Rao on the sets of ‘Case No.18/9’. He has really offered me this role keeping his promise thanked Sindhu Lokanath.
